Annual report

The second Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging annual report had the objective of celebrating progress toward goals while also acknowledging the long journey ahead. I developed the minimal charts as a way to tell the story in a straightforward way to accomodate the divergent objectives.

 

Applying my visual storytelling skills, I created the Minnesota-state graphic to highlight information that was presented in a table format. The article it accompanies is a powerful stories of the company using its resources for good; the story deserved to be lifted up graphically.
